Minimalisasi Waste dengan Lean Healthcare Pada Operasional Pelayanan Poli Umum di Pusat Layanan Kesehatan

Peningkatan kualitas layanan di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama sangat penting untuk memenuhi tuntutan efisiensi dan kepuasan pasien, terutama di lingkungan akademik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Poli Umum Pusat Layanan Kesehatan (PLK) Universitas Airlangga Kampus B, sebagai rujukan utama civitas akademika, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi waste dan mengusulkan perbaikan berbasis Lean Healthcare. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan melalui value stream mapping, seven lean tools, process activity mapping, dan fishbone diagram. Hasilnya, transportation, waiting, dan motion merupakan waste utama. Dari total waktu pelayanan 60 menit, aktivitas value added 68,3%, non-value added 28,3%, dan necessary but non-value added 3,4%. Penyebab utama berasal dari aspek man, method, machine, material, dan environment, seperti sistem antrean yang tidak terintegrasi serta ruang yang kurang efisien. Penelitian ini menambah pemahaman tentang efisiensi proses layanan primer berbasis Lean di fasilitas kesehatan pendidikan, serta menegaskan pentingnya sistem terintegrasi, perbaikan tata letak, dan peningkatan kompetensi staf.
