Peran Business Intelligence dalam Optimalisasi Rantai Pasok Digital pada Industri Manufaktur

Transformasi digital telah mendorong industri manufaktur untuk mengelola rantai pasok yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah lambatnya pengambilan keputusan akibat data operasional yang tersebar pada sistem yang berbeda-beda sehingga visibilitas rantai pasok menjadi rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran business intelligence (BI) dalam mengoptimalkan rantai pasok digital pada industri manufaktur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi literatur naratif terhadap publikasi ilmiah tahun 2021–2025 yang dikelola menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi Mendeley. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa BI berkontribusi melalui integrasi data lintas fungsi, visualisasi kinerja secara real time, dan analitik prediktif untuk peramalan permintaan serta mitigasi risiko pasokan. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan BI yang didukung tata kelola data dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang memadai dapat meningkatkan akurasi keputusan, efisiensi biaya, dan ketahanan rantai pasok manufaktur.
